TERMS OF PLAY

1. WHAT THIS IS

QUARTERS is a skill-based arcade. You pay a fixed entry fee (a "quarter") to play a game, and prizes are paid from a pool of entry fees to the highest verified scores. Outcomes are determined entirely by your inputs against a random seed that is fixed and published before you play. There is no element of chance in the score.

2. WHO MAY PLAY

1. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
2. You are responsible for confirming that paid skill contests are lawful in your jurisdiction. Where they are not, you may not play for prizes.
3. You may not play from, or on behalf of anyone in, a jurisdiction subject to sanctions.

3. DEVNET PREVIEW

While QUARTERS runs on Solana devnet, all balances are test tokens with no monetary value, prizes have no value, and the service may be reset, changed, or taken down at any time without notice.

4. FEES AND PRIZES

1. Each play costs the posted price for that cabinet. The price is split at the moment of play: 70% to that cabinet's prize pool, 15% to the cabinet's operator, 15% to the house.
2. A played quarter is spent and is not refundable.
3. A credit pack is a deposit held in escrow by the program. You may close it at any time and receive the unspent balance.
4. Prize pools pay out by on-chain settlement after each scoring period, to the wallets holding the top verified scores, according to the published payout table. Settlement is permissionless and final.

5. VERIFICATION AND DISPUTES

1. A score is valid only if the verifier can reproduce it exactly by replaying your recorded inputs against the committed seed.
2. Every verified run is published as a receipt. The receipt is the sole evidence of a score, and a score that cannot be reproduced from its receipt is void.
3. If you believe the verifier is wrong, re-run the receipt and write to us with the result. We will investigate in good faith.

6. FAIR PLAY

You may not use bots, scripts, input automation, tool-assisted play, replay injection, multiple wallets to manipulate a board, or any exploit of the client, verifier, or program. Runs flagged for automation may be withheld from payout, and repeat abuse may result in a permanent block from the service.

7. WALLETS AND KEYS

You control your wallet and are responsible for it. A credit pack creates a session key stored only in your browser. Clearing your browser loses that key; your deposit remains recoverable by closing the pack from the same wallet.

8. NO TOKEN

QUARTERS has no token. Any token, presale, or airdrop claiming to be QUARTERS is fraudulent.

9. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We may change games, prices, payout tables, and these terms. Changes take effect when posted. The service is provided as is, without warranty. We are not liable for network failures, wallet errors, or losses arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
